Vale do Lobo boasts two kilometres of golden beach and with its emblematic ochre cliffs offering the perfect backdrop, it is the ideal location to while away your holidays. Simply relax on the golden sands, take a soothing massage or enjoy the cooling Atlantic waters.

The pool complex with its adult and children’s pools, offers an excellent alternative for those looking for sea views but without the sand!

I had a very Nice Outdoor deep Tissue Massage at the Royal Spa, it was just perfect.

Have you ever wondered about the power of breathing?

The way you breathe has a direct influence on your health, happiness and wellbeing, as well as your inner balance. Although it is essential to our existence, we don’t always reflect on how our breathing contributes to us leading a fuller life, bringing energy into our bodies, minds and spirits. Learning to breathe consciously is one of the teaching points covered in this Breathwork Activity. In the session, participants will use different breathing methods to discover a robust process through which to improve their physical and emotional health, as well as how to create a connection with their vital energy, thus building inner peace. A way in which to learn to listen to your body’s needs and relieve the pressure of daily stresses.

Já alguma vez se questionou sobre o poder da respiração?

A forma como respira influência diretamente a sua saúde, felicidade e bem-estar, assim como o seu equilíbrio interior, e apesar de ser essencial à nossa existência, nem sempre refletimos sobre a forma como a respiração contribui para uma vida mais plena e para dar energia ao corpo, mente e espírito. Aprender a respirar conscientemente é uma das temáticas que esta atividade de Breathwork pretende ensinar aos seus participantes. Nesta sessão, vai descobrir através de diferentes técnicas de respiração um poderoso método para melhorar a sua saúde a nível físico e emocional, e de como criar uma conexão com a sua energia vital criando paz interior. Uma forma de aprender a ouvir as necessidades do seu corpo e a descomprimir do stress acumulado diariamente.

I will suggest you 3 Very Nice & different Restaurants from each other, what we tried and they are Really Amazing and you must visit them, during your Stay at Vale Do Lobo.

The First one is Sandbanks, which is located on the beach, you can enjoy Great Seafood Dishes, Beautiful Sunset. The Food is Excellent & Service is Very Kind.

The Second is PAIXA Restaurant which is a very Chic, Elegant , where you will have plenty of Small Plate Dishes, and the Quality/Food is just Outstanding.We really Loved the Concept & the Restaurant Design.

The 3. one is Figueiral Restaurant which has a 30 years old history and the Food is Very Nice too with Kind Service. This Restaurant is more traditional.

OUR DINNER AT SANDBANKS:

First day we had an Excellent Dinner at Sandbanks Restaurant. Here you will have Honest,Delicious Dishes, Big portions which worth the price.

The Restaurant is Amazing, has a Beautiful View, because it is located on the Beach, and the Food was sooo Good:) 100% recommend this restaurant. We loved so much.The service was Kind.The Sunset was sooo Beautiful:)

O NOSSO JANTAR NO SANDBANKS:

No primeiro dia em Vale do Lobo tivemos um excelente jantar no Restaurante Sandbanks. Neste espaço podem ter comida, honesta, deliciosa, porções grandes e vale mesmo o preço.

O restaurante é maravilhoso com uma linda vista pois está localizado mesmo na praia, e a comida é tãooo boa :)

Recomendo este restaurante 100%. O staff muito simpático, um lindo por de sol...Adorámos mesmo.

This Restaurant has a Beautiful Design, Chic & Elegant. The concept is small dishes, so you can taste 4-6 different plates during your Dinner.The menu has many great food options and the Quality is Top. I loved everything and the Food was Incredible. Must visit Restaurant for sure:)

Este restaurante tem um lindo design, chique & elegante. O conceito é de petiscos, e assim podem experimentar 4-6 diferentes pratos durante o vosso jantar.

O menu tem opções fantásticas e a qualidade é top. Adorei tudo e a comida estava incrível. É um restaurante que têm de visitar mesmo :)

The last day we visited a restaurant which is open since 1986 and has big history.

The food was Excellen, Traditional Dishes, Kind Service and lovely atmosphere.

We loved everything, 100% must visit place.
