Who Doesn't Love Brunch? I sure Do :)
Today I will show you our Special Stay and Brunch at the Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest :)
The Hotel is Located in Downtown Budapest, the luxurious Kempinski Hotel Corvinus is just a short walk away from the Danube River and all of the city’s main attractions.
The hotel comprises 349 Elegant rooms, including 33 chic Suites with spacious bathrooms and free Wi-Fi.
Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest offers remarkable culinary attractions in its Gastronomic Quarter Downtown Budapest - featuring two restaurants, two bars and coffee House and a deli: ÉS Bisztró, Nobu, Blue Fox The Bar, The Living Room and ÉS Deli.
Our Suite was Very Beautiful and very comfortable with a stunning View of the Ferris Wheel.
We had a Sweet Welcome in our Room :)
The hotel is very Big so, we went to discover the Spa and all the Areas :)
The Spa was Fantastic with a very Nice View:) We Tried the Sauna, Steam Bath and the Pool as well:) It was so Relaxing:)
Morning we had a Special Benediction Brunch.We were super Excited about it:)
The Benediction is an ultimate à la carte brunch with Tempting Egg Dishes and Finest Bubbles at The Living Room, every Saturday and Sunday between 9:30 am and 2:00 pm.
Benediction Brunch at The Living Room is an enduring custom where guests can choose from a range of teas served with signature Eggs Benedict, fresh Oyster, Wiener Schnitzel, Delicious starter plates, Homemade waffles and a Mouth-watering selection of pick-me-up cocktails created for lazy Saturday and Sunday mornings by Kempinski’s Head Bartender Attila Felhősi.
The Brunch was so Amazing, the Dishes were Fantastic and sooo Fresh:)
We Had Fresh Oysters, The Foie Grâs with Caramell and Homemade Brioche was so Good.
The Salmon was So Good too:) I only had a Taste but It was very Delicious.
I adore Eggs Benedict and they had like 6-7 different types:) I chose the Asparagus one, it was like Heaven:)
My Hubby had the Wiener Schnitzel one, it was a very Interesting Combination, I would try all types of Eggs Benedict Actually:)
We had Pancakes too and they were my Best Ever, I tried to ask the Waitress how they make or what is the Key because it was Sooo Good and Different from what I used to Have:) And they have many types.
We had some special Cocktails too:)
At the End we Finished our Amazing Brunch with some Nice Teas and they really offer many Options:)
The Waitress Girl Suggested me one tea wich was her Favourite and I tried it out, sooo Good:)
The Benedicton Brunch was So Fantastic, I loved that it was À la Carte, it was so Relaxing to Enjoy the Music, the Place and the Dishes. I would Highlight the Service, The Girls were so Kind and Helpful:)

After our Brunch we Enjoyed the City and went for a Nice Walk to see
The St.Stephen's Basilica.
Morning we Had Breakfast at És Bisztró, I loved that everything looked very Pretty, and the Design was So Amazing.
The Breakfast was very Big and offers plenty of choices, including Freshly cut fruits, Homemade Jams and Chocolate,
Rooftop-grown herbs, Freshly baked pastries served by the chef-patisseur, and Dishes made from Local ingredients. Locally Sourced and Produced, Certified artisan Cold Cuts and cheeses aside, the Selection is especially strong in Fish with smoked varieties on the table. The Hungarian speciality ‘Lecsó’, made from egg, tomatoes and bell pepper, is a Must-have, and there are vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free choices. It was one of the Cutest Breakfast what we had:)
After our Breakfast Ildikó Dudás, the Public Relations Manager joined me and we had a Tea together.
We talked about the Hotel, and she shared with me many Amazing informations about the Hotel:)
She has been working 25 Years for The Kempinski Hotel Corvinus, since the Beginning, I was amazed, this is something so Special and I felt that she Really Loves her Work. This is something that I respect a lot and I felt so Honored to talk with her.
We had such an Amazing Time at Kempinski Hotel Corvinus, And We would like to thank our Special Stay:)
