I love Spa. If I go to Hotels, I always try out the Spa:)
22 May, I had an Amazing Event at Corinthia Hotel Lisbon: "Spa at Night"
The Event Started with a Sunset Strech and with some Healthy Drinks and Snacks:)
After we had a small "Body Alignment" class , this was Very Relaxing, after I felt so Recharged:)
They Prepared for us 3 Healthy Juices, all were very Tasty. We got the recipes so we can do at home too:)
We Went to change our Clothes to Swimming Suits and the Spa Time Started:)

We got a Personalized Robe with our Monogram, it was Sooo Sweet Gift:)
First I went to Aqua Therapy Section, It Looks Amazing, I tried the Dynamic Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam Bath, Bucket Shower, It was Fantastic:)
The Spa has 13 Treatment Rooms, Inside Pool, Aqua Therapy Facilities and a 200m² Modern Gym with Personal Trainer.

We had a Special Dinner where the Swimming Pool is:) It was sooo Beautiful.
The Dinner was Excellent, Healthy Salads, Dishes and Desserts:)
After The Dinner we got some Special Gifts: Massage Voucher, Espa Beauty Kit:)

Como está a correr a correr a Primavera? Para mim bastante ocupada, sempre em movimento :)
Sinto que o tempo "voa" tãooo depressa..!
Adoro Spa. Se for a um hotel, tenho de experimentar sempre o Spa!
No dia 22 de Maio participei num evento fantástico no
Corinthia Hotel Lisbon:"Spa at Night"
"Spa at Night" soa bem, certo?
O Evento começou com "Alongamentos ao por-do-sol" e com algumas bebidas e snacks saudáveis :)
Depois tivemos uma pequena aula de "Alinhamento Corporal", isto foi muito relaxante e no final senti me "Recarregada"
Prepararam nos 3 sumos Saudáveis, todos Muito Saborosos. Ficámos com a receita para podermos preparar em casa também :)
Mudamos de roupa para fato de banho e o tempo de Spa começou :)
Recebemos Robes Personalizados com o nosso monograma, foi uma prenda tãoooo querida :)
Em primeiro lugar, fui à secção de Aqua-terapia, tem um look fantástico. Experimentei a Piscina Dinâmica, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Banho Turco, Tanque de água fria, foi tão relaxante :)
O Spa tem 13 quartos de Tratamento, Piscina interior, Instalações de Aqua-terapia e um moderno ginásio moderno de 200m² com Personal Trainer.

De seguida Recebi uma maravilhosa massagem, senti me super leve :)
Fui para a Minha Suite e preparei me para o Jantar.
Tivemos um Jantar especial onde está localizada a Piscina interior, estava lindÃssimo :)
O Jantar estava excelente, Saladas, Pratos e Sobremesas Saudáveis.
Depois do jantar recebemos algumas prendas especiais: Voucher de massagem e um Espa kit de beleza :)
Os Próximos 3 "Spa at Night" vão se realizar em 28 de Junho, 19 de Julho e 23 de Agosto.
O Evento "Spa at Night" foi fantástico, adorei cada minuto e foi mesmo uma experiência muito especial :)
