Today I will show you Our Special Stay and Brunch Experience at Dolce Camporeal Hotel Lisboa.
About the Hotel:
Located in Torres Vedras, just a 30-minute drive from Lisbon, Dolce Camporeal Lisboa offers unique tranquillity, as a result of its Idyllic environment.
The 151 rooms and suites offer stunning views over the Golf course, the Vineyards and the extraordinary landscape of Socorro and Archeira Mountains.
Thinking about your moments of adventure and relaxation, The Hotel has an 18-hole golf course, 2 tennis courts, a football pitch, an indoor heated swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi, Spa with 7 treatment rooms, Jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath. The equestrian centre also provides Horseback Tours across the breath taking landscapes of the Portugal countryside region.
Dolce Camporeal Hotel offers 3 restaurants and 2 bars with menus created by Chef Rui Fernandes, in particular the fine dining Grande Escolha.

We already Spent an Amazing Valentine's Day at Dolce Camporeal Lisboa and we were in Love with the Hotel,Nature and the Fantastic Restaurant:Grande Escolha
We arrived Sunday, to try out the New Brunch.
Everything Looked Amazing and the Brunch had so many variety of Dishes. Fresh Oysters, Cheeses, Warm-Cold Dishes,Desserts,Fruits and more and more.
After the Brunch We enjoyed the Spa a bit and we got ready for the Dinner.
I was very excited about the New Menu, Grande Escolha offers you Fine-Dining and Fantastic,Unique Dishes. You have to try this Restaurant because it is something very Special:) I love that the Restaurant has Live Kitchen.
For starters we had:
Goat Cheese au Gratin with Rocha Pear Textures, it was Delicious:)
Lobster soup with Tobiko Roe, Seaweed Salad and Sesame , this soup was very Interesting, loved the flavours.

Caramelized Scallops, Octopus Carpaccio, Guacamole and Mango Gaspacho , this one was my favourite, very Good combination:
For main Dish:
Duck Aguillettes in sauté with Óbidos bitter Cherry Liqueur and Mushroom Risotto with Hazelnut,this Dish was like Heaven, I loved that the Duck came with Risotto.It was sooo Delicious:) )
My Hubby had the Contemporary steak Wellington (Beef, Puff Pastry, Mushrooms, Foie Gras and Vegetables)
I just tasted but it was Fantastic and very creative.
For Dessert:
A Disconcerting Chocolate Dessert , I am not a big Chocolate fan, but this Dessert was soo Good and Interesting.
Mine was the Lime Meringue, Mango, Strawberry and Coconut cream it was so pretty and Mango and Coconut are my favourites so I was very obsessed.
The Dishes were Excellent, Fresh, Delicious and Creative:)
At the end, Chef Rui Fernandes came to talk with us, how was the Dinner.I can say that, he is very Creative, and an Excellent Chef. This was our second time in Grande Escolha and we are always super Satisfied:) Cant wait to come back:)
It's really hard to choose which were my Favourites because Everything were sooo Delicious and I would repeat but The Duck with Risotto Combination was so Good Together and the Scallops was something very very For my Taste:)
hmmmm and the 2 Dessert were Like Heaven:)
Next Morning we had a Great Breakfast at the Terrace, Enjoying the View:)

Hoje vou mostrar vos o nosso Brunch e estadia especial no Dolce Camporeal Hotel Lisboa.
Sobre o Hotel:

Para momentos de aventura e relaxamento, o Hotel tem ao vosso dispor um Campo de Golfe de 18 buracos, 2 courts de Ténis, um Campo de Futebol, Piscina interna aquecida, Piscina exterior com Jacuzzi, Spa com 7 salas de tratamento, Jacuzzi, sauna e Banho turco. O Centro Equestre oferece ainda passeios a cavalo pelas arrebatadoras paisagens do Oeste.

Já tinhamos passado um maravilhoso dia dos namorados no Dolce Camporeal Lisboa e ficámos apaixonados com o hotel, natureza e o Fantástico Restaurante "Grande Escolha".
Chegámos no Domingo para experimentar o Novo Brunch.
Estava tudo com um Aspecto Maravilhoso e o Brunch tinha muita variedade de pratos. Ostras frescas, Queijos, Pratos quentes e frios, Sobremesas, Frutas e muito mais.
Depois do Brunch aproveitamos para ir um pouco ao Spa e preparámo nos para jantar.
Estava muito ansiosa por conhecer o novo menu, o Grande Escolha oferece pratos requintados, únicos e fantásticos.
Têm de experimentar este restaurante pois é algo mesmo especial :) E eu adoro restaurantes com Cozinha ao Vivo.
Para entradas escolhemos:
Queijo de Cabra Gratinado com Texturas de Pêra Rocha, estava delicioso :)
Bisque de Lavagante com Ovasde Tobico, salada de Algas e Sésamo, esta sopa é muito interessante, adorei os sabores.
Vieiras Caramelizadas, Carpaccio de polvo, Guacamole e Gaspacho de Manga, este foi o meu Favorito, combinação Muito boa.
Pratos principais:
Aiguillettes de Pato no Sauté com molho de Ginga de Óbidos e Risotto de Cogumelos e Avelã, este prato foi como o "Céu", adorei que o pato tenha sido acompanhado por risotto, esta tãooo saboroso :)
O meu namorado escolheu o bife Wellington Contemporâneo (Tornedó de Novilho, massa folhada, cogumelos, Foie-gras e legumes), apenas provei e estava fantástico e super creativo.
Para sobremesa:
Uma Desconcertante Sobremesa de Chocolate, não sou grande fã de chocolate mas esta sobremesa estava tãoo boa e interessante.
A minha foi o Merengue de lima, Creme de Coco, Morango e Manga, estava muito bonita e manga e côco são meus favoritos por isso fiquei mesmo viciada nesta sobremesa.
Os pratos estavam Excelentes, Frescos, Deliciosos e Creativos :)
No final, o Chef Rui Fernandes veio falar connosco, perguntou nos como estava o jantar, e eu posso dizer, pela nossa experiência, que ele é bastante Creativo e um Excelente. Esta foi a nossa segunda vez no Grande Escolha e ficamos sempre super satisfeitos :) Não vejo a hora de voltar :)
É muito difÃcil de escolher quais os meus pratos preferidos pois estava tudo tãooo delicioso e repetia tudo mas a combinação do Pato com Risotto estava tão boa e as Vieiras foi algo que procuro em termos de sabor :) hmmmm e as 2 sobremesas estavam como o céu :)
Na manhã seguinte tivemos o pequeno almoço no Terrace e aproveitamos para "degustar" da linda vista que o hotel tem :)
