Hoje vou mostrar vos o Convento do Espinheiro Historic Hotel & Spa, em Évora.
The History of this Hotel is very Interesting. The Original Building is from the beginning of the year 1400 and it was a Convent and Church. In 2005, after 2 Years reconstruction, The Convento Do Espinheiro Historic Hotel & Spa opened.
The Hotel has the Historic feeling and inside some part still reminded me of a Convent which is really Amazing.
The Church inside the Hotel is Beautiful too. I really Love the Charm of this Hotel.
Covento Do Espinheiro has 90 Rooms 5 Suites.
Deluxe, Deluxe Convent, Design,Grand Deluxe Design, Deluxe Suite, Royal Suite

A história deste hotel é muito interessante.
O edifÃcio original foi construido no inÃcio dos anos 1400 e era um convento com igreja.
Em 2005, com 2 anos de reconstrução, o hotel abriu.
No Convento do Espinheiro sentimos a história que envolve este espaço, algumas partes, como a igreja e algumas salas, transportam nos para o passado, o que é simplesmente maravilhoso.
A Igreja é Linda, assim como o charme deste hotel.
O hotel tem 90 quartos e 5 suites.

These rooms are available in two varieties of décor, from the traditional Heritage design, maintaining luxurious historical feel in conjunction with its surroundings to the more modern glamour design, reflecting the era of the 1950’s and views of the Garcia de Resende Chapel.
Estes quartos estão disponÃveis em dois estilos de decoração, desde o clássico tradicional, mantendo o character histórico de outros tempos, ao estilo moderno com design glamoroso que reflecte os anos 50 e oferecem vista para a Capela Garcia de Resende.
I loved the Modern, Chic and Classy Design of this Room, and we had a Nice Terrace with the Nature View. The Bathroom was Outstanding and had a Jacuzzi:) I was sooo Excited to Try out :)
Adoro o Design Moderno, Chique e Elegante deste quarto, e tinhamos também uma varanda gira com vista para a natureza. A casa de banho era excepcional com um jacuzzi :) Fiquei super curiosa para experimentar :)

We had some Kind welcome in our Room, Sweet treats, A very Good Olive Oil, Ervideira which is a sweet alcohol which usually they serve with Desserts in Restaurants, and another Drink.
No nosso Quarto tivemos direito a uns mimos de Boas Vindas, uns snacks muito bons, um Excelente Azeite e o Vinho de colheita tardia "Ervideira" que é de fabrico do Convento e servido normalmente com sobremesas ou mesmo no final da refeição.
Our Massage and the Diana Spa:
We had a booked couple Massage before our Dinner, and it was sooo relaxing :)
The Therapists were very Professional:)
After the Massage we enjoyed the Spa, Steam Bath, Sauna, Pool and Jacuzzi:)

I was Very Excited about this Dinner, because I already tried many Dishes from the Chef Hugo Silva in other Restaurant.
It was Always a very Special Experience, he is one of my Favorite Chefs.
We had 2 Dinners here and I remember the last night during our Teas, I was Talking with my Hubby on which Dinner we liked the most, and we couldn´t Decide because both were so Perfect and Special. I think this is a very Good Sign:)
Estava Bastante Ansiosa por este jantar, porque já experimentei muitos pratos do Chef Hugo Silva noutro restaurante.
É sempre uma experiência muito especial e ele é um dos meus chefs favoritos.
Tivemos 2 jantares neste restaurante e lembro me de falar com o meu namorado, enquanto tomávamos um chá, sobre qual jantar tinhamos gostado mais, mas não conseguimos chegar a uma resposta pois foram ambos perfeitos e especiais. Acho que é um bom sinal :)
