Just arrived home yesterday from Porto, where we spent few Amazing Days, soon I will share everything with you :)
Today on the blog I will show you one of my Favorite Hotels in Alentejo, Évora: Convento do Espinheiro Historic Hotel & Spa.
We visited many times this Hotel because We love so much:)
The Hotel has a New Restaurant: The Olive Italian Restaurant and My Favorite Chef Hugo Silva has a New Menu at Divinus Restaurant.
Divinus Restaurant & Chef Hugo Silva are on my top 5 Restaurants in Portugal, I would give a Michelin Star for him and this Restaurant because it is just Excellent & very Unique.
I recomend everybody 100%!

Acabada de chegar do Porto ontem, onde passámos uns dias maravilhosos, vou partilhar tudo convosco em breve :)
Hoje no blog vou mostrar vos um dos meus hoteis favoritos no Alentejo, Évora: Convento Espinheiro Historic Hotel & Spa.
Já visitamos muitas vezes este hotel, pois adoramos mesmo :)
O hotel tem um novo restaurante italiano: The Olive e o meu Chef favorito Hugo Silva tem um menu novo no restaurante Divinus.
O restaurante Divinus e o Chef Hugo Silva estão no meu top 5 restaurantes de Portugal, eu daria uma estrela Michelin ao Chef e a este restaurante porque é simplesmente excelente & muito único.
Recomendo 100% a todos!
HISTORY & ABOUT THE HOTEL:
The History of this Hotel is very Interesting. The Original Building is from the beginning of the year 1400 and it was a Convent and Church. In 2005, after 2 Years reconstruction, The Convento Espinheiro Historic Hotel & Spa opened.
The Hotel has the Historic feeling and inside some part still reminded me of a Convent which is really Amazing.
The Church inside the Hotel is Beautiful too. I really Love the Charm of this Hotel.
Covento Espinheiro has 90 Rooms 5 Suites.
Deluxe, Deluxe Convent, Design,Grand Deluxe Design, Deluxe Suite, Royal Suite

A história deste hotel é muito interessante.
O edifício original foi construido no início dos anos 1400 e era um convento com igreja.
Em 2005, com 2 anos de reconstrução, o hotel abriu.
No Convento Espinheiro sentimos a história que envolve este espaço, algumas partes, como a igreja e algumas salas, transportam nos para o passado, o que é simplesmente maravilhoso.
A Igreja é Linda, assim como o charme deste hotel.
O hotel tem 90 quartos e 5 suites.
Deluxe, Deluxe Convent, Design, Grand Deluxe Design, Deluxe Suite, Royal Suite.

Named after King John II of Portugal, the 110m2 Royal Suite was reserved to accommodate the King of Kings and offers a truly unique experience.

Gostaríamos de convidar os nossos hóspedes a embarcar numa autêntica viagem histórica e sentir o verdadeiro luxo, em tempos reservado apenas aos membros da família Real Portuguesa. Com 110m2, a Suite Real D. João II, assim denominada em honra do Rei dos Reis, proporciona-lhe uma experiência verdadeiramente única.
This Suite was one of the most Beautiful where we ever stayed. It had a Big Living Room, Big bathroom and a Private Balcony with Stunning View:) We were in Love:)
A suite foi uma das mais lindas onde já ficamos. Tinha uma sala enorme, casa de banho muito grande e um terraço privado com uma vista deslumbrante :) Ficámos apaixonados :)

This Bathroom with Jacuzzi Thub was a Dream:) It has an Amazing View too.
The Bulgari Amenities are just sooo Good:)
Esta casa de banho com banheira de jacuzzi era um sonho :) Tem uma vista maravilhosa também.
As "amenities" da Bulgari são tãooo boas:)

I had a special Detox massage but before we went to the Spa to have Sauna & Steam Bath.
The Massage was very Interesting, I tried the first time, it helps to Detoxify the Body.It was excellent. My therapist was Very Professional.
Recebi uma massagem especial de Detox, mas antes ainda fomos ao Spa para aproveitar a Sauna e o Banho Turco.
A massagem foi muito interessante, experimentei pela primeira vez, ajuda a desintoxicar o corpo. Foi excelente e a minha terapeuta era muito profissional.

I was very curious about this Restaurant, love Italian food:)
The Restaurant is very Pretty, and has the "Italian Feeling".
The Food was Amazing, we tried Pizzas,a Pasta, Bruschetta, Everything was sooo Delicious:)
JANTAR NO RESTAURANTE ITALIANO OLIVE:
Estava muito curiosa com este restaurante, adoro comida italiana :)
O restaurante é muito bonito, tem um "feeling italiano".
A comida estava maravilhosa, experimentamos pizzas, massa, bruschetta, estava tudo tãooo delicioso :)

As Vieiras & o Foie Grás estavam tãooo bons, perfeitos! So queria repetir vezes sem conta... :)

Both Dessert were Delicious but The Caramell Soufflé was the best I ever tried, It was sooo Amazing.You have to try this Dessert:)
As duas sobremesas estavam deliciosas mas o Soufflé de Caramelo foi o melhor que já experimentei, estava maravilhosooo. Têm de experimentar esta sobremesa :)
