Today on the blog I am bringing You our Excellent stay at Kurumba Maldives, which is only 10 minutes away, with speedboat, from Male airport and it's the oldest resort (has 50 years) in Maldives. This resort is a real paradise, Perfect for Families and Couples as well, with excellent restaurants. We tried the Buffet Dinners at Vihamanaa one of my best Buffet Dinners ever), The Thila, which offers Delicious Grill Dishes with a unique View, The King Thai, with Tasty Thai Dishes, and the Café with Pizzas, Salads, Burgers and Maldivian specialities. Kurumba offers great activities too, we tried the Sunset Dolphin Cruise, which was so Magical.The Staff is super Kind and if you stay at Kurumba, you will come back for sure, because you will have a Lifetime experience.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU TRAVEL TO MALDIVES:
Guests arriving at Maldives, a negative test result received 96 hours prior to your arrival date is required to arrive to Maldives in order to avoid quarantine procedures. ARRIVING AT THE AIRPORT:
After we arrived at the Airport a member from Kurumba was waiting for us and they took us with a speed boat (10 minutes) to the Resort.

A melting pot of cuisines alive with flavour. Dine in room, a romantic dinner for two on the beach or choose a culinary adventure in one of our eight restaurants. Barefoot beach bar or vibrant evening bars with live entertainment to put on your dance moves.

OUR DINING EXPERIENCES:
You will have many great Dining options at Kurumba, we tried almost each Restaurant and I can say that the Food everywhere was sooo Delicious & Fresh.
10/10 for all the Restaurants which we tried:)
OUR DINNER AT THILA:
We had a very unique Dining experience at Thila, the location is Amazing and you can see their enormous outside aquarium: Fishes, Lobsters and more.
The Food was excellent as always at Kurumba Restaurants.
I would suggest to try the Seafood Platter for 2, this is what we had for main Dish and it was sooo Delicious.

At King Thai you will have a real Thai Cuisine experience, everything was sooo Tasty.

We had several lunches at Café, The food was always very Fresh & Delicious, they have great salads, burgers, pizzas and some maldivian specialties as well.
OUR BUFFET DINNERS AT VIHAMANAA:
We tried many Buffet Dinners here, The International, Fire & Grill, Fisherman's Catch and The Food & Everything was so Delicious and Fresh, with many many great Food options.
100% recommend the Buffet option at Kurumba, Amazing Experience.
I would also highlight the super Kind Staff at Kurumba, they are so helpful.
The Desserts by the Pastry Chef were different every day and sooo Creative & Interesting too.

The Kurumba team & Chef came to our Villa to prepare everything on time so we could enjoy the Food in a Best way. It was so Kind and Thoughtful from the team.
The Food and dishes were so Delicious.
Á LA CARTE BREAKFASTS AT THILA:
The Breakfast menu at Thila was Incredible, we tried almost every Dish and Everything was so Delicious. I really can´t choose which were my favourites because I liked Everything, but the Eggs Benedict and the Baked French Toast were Incredible.
Besides the menu, they have some buffet options and also Gluten free which is really Nice.

This experience was my best Sunset Cruise ever, we saw like 30 dolphins or more and the team was so kind & helpful:)

We had a real Dream Experience at Kurumba Maldives. The Location, the Restaurants, the activities, the Staff, everything just Amazing & outstanding. The Resort is perfect for couples & families and the super Kind & polite team will make your stay even more memorable.
We had a 10/10 Stay and 100% recommend Kurumba Maldives, we will come back for sure.
