On the blog today, I am bringing you a Must visit Restaurant: Drouant. This Restaurant has a big History, started 1920. If you want to try a really Classic, Elegant authentic French Restaurant, you have to visit Drouant.

CELEBRATES CONVIVIALITY, GASTRONOMY AND CULTURE

Drouant is a century-old institution that occupies a unique place on the Parisian scene. Both a temple of French literature and an emblem of great bourgeois cuisine, Drouant reconciles its past steeped in history and its present, resolutely turned towards the future.



At the new Drouant, we obviously find the view of the peaceful Place Gaillon, the spectacular Ruhlmann staircase, the famous private rooms and the warm atmosphere that made the success of the establishment from the end of the 1920s. But we also discover a space renewed, redesigned, refreshed, respectful of its past but resolutely turned towards the future, which combines its past with the present.

ROMAIN VAN THIENEN

The talent of Romain Van Thienen stands alongside the greatest chefs of French gastronomy (Cyril Lignac*, Yannick Alléno*** and more recently Olivier Bellin**).

He offers with talent, classics revisited with freshness, resolutely modern and astonishing.

Drouant carries in its DNA, the love of wine-growing terroirs:

400 winegrowers

2,000 references

A selection of over 50 wines by the glass

The selection gives pride of place to wines from the Rhône Valley. Of the 2000 references, nearly 1000 are Rhône wines.


OUR DINNER & EXPERIENCE:

We had incredible Lunch, The Restaurant is so Beautiful & Elegant. The team was so kind & the food was outstanding, real authentic French cuisine. 100% recommend to try Drouant.

FINAL THOUGHTS:

We had extraordinary Dining Experience, the Oysters with Caviar & the Scallops Dish were my favourites but everything were incredible. My fiancé Chicken dish, was the best dish with chicken what he had ever:)
