Today on the blog I am bringing you my Favourite App: Calm,what I use Daily for Meditations, Relaxing. This is the best App ever:)

I start my Day with "The Daily  Calm" which is a 10 Minute Guided meditation and you can find every day on the App. It is a Great way to start my Day and each session explores a new mindful theme and an inspiring concept. Really Amazing.




My other Favourite on this app is the Sleep Stories, helps me to Sleep deeper and Morning I feel Recharged and Energized.

I think Sleeping well is the Key so it is really important that you sleep Relaxed & Good.





You can Find 150 + Sleep Stories, which are soothing tales read by well-known voices to help people unwind and fall into a deep Sleep.




These bedtime tales are relaxing mix of music,sound effects, and world-class talent like Matthew McConaughey,Lucy Liu and more... to help people drift off to Dreamland.
