Skincare is very important for me and today I am bringing you few products what I was testing

from Naturisimo & just loved them.

I use digestive Enzymes  many years and this one from Terranova is very nice. Digestive Enzymes can help a lot if you have issues with Bloating, Digestion even pain after meals. I take 15 min  before meals.

I never tried before Dry Brushing but I red incredible benefits and I decided to give it a try. 

Works Amazing, I noticed the difference after one week. I use Weekly 2-3 times after following with a cold shower ( you can do of course warm shower)

The Balm smells so Good and leaves my skin clean, hydrated. Just Love it.
