The Spa is Beautiful and so Relaxing. I tried the Deep Tissue & Lymphatic Drainage Massage, both were Amazing. After the treatments I felt a completely new person.

Hoje no blog, estou a trazer-vos a minha excelente experiência no GSPA by Altis Grand Hotel. O Spa é muito bonito e relaxante. Experimentei a massagem Deep Tissue e Drenagem Linfática, ambas foram fantásticas. Depois das massagens senti-me uma pessoa completamente nova.

The GSpa has a total area of 950 m2 which includes an indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, fitness room with kinesis stations and technogym equipment’s, 5 treatment rooms including an personalized support cabinet and a studio for group classes.
At the pool of Gspa by Altis Grand Hotel children are welcome until 06.00pm when accompanied by an adult, after this time, access is limited to guests over 16 years of age. Located in the center of Lisbon, the GSpa has direct access from the street and is open to everyone.
After an evaluation of the physical shape performed by our experts the members of the GSpa by Altis Grand Hotel club will be given a tailored training programme and a Wellness consultation which will guide them too various esthetic and well-being treatments.

GSpa dispõe de 950m2 que inclui piscina coberta aquecida, jacuzzi, sauna, banho turco, fitness room com equipamentos Tecnogym, incluindo Kinesis stations, quatro salas de tratamentos, um gabinete de acompanhamento personalizado e Studio para aulas em Grupo.
Na piscina do Gspa by Altis Grand Hotel as crianças são bem-vindas até ás 18h00, desde que acompanhadas por um adulto. A partir desse horário o acesso é limitado a maiores de 16 anos. O acesso ao jacuzzi, banho turco e sauna é exclusivo para maiores de 18 anos.

MY EXPERIENCE/A MINHA EXPERIÊNCIA:
As I said before, I tried the Deep Tissue & Lymphatic Drainage Massage, both were sooo Good. My therapist was sooo professional and all my Back pain and issues were gone after the massage. 100% recommend GSPA.
